At Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Sale account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the electronic device in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
